Pizza Moons
- 1 (8-ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 11∕2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 slices pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Unroll and separate the 8 crescents. Top each with 2 tablespoons mozzarella, 2 slices pepperoni, then another tablespoon mozzarella. Roll up, put on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with some Parmesan.
- Bake until crescents are golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool 10 minutes.
