Pizza Moons


Pizza Moons

  • 1  (8-ounce)  package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 11∕2  cups  shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16  slices  pepperoni
  • 2  tablespoons  Parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll and separate the 8 crescents. Top each with 2 tablespoons mozzarella, 2 slices pepperoni, then another tablespoon mozzarella. Roll up, put on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with some Parmesan.
  3. Bake until crescents are golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven; let cool 10 minutes.
