No-bake chocolate cream cake
Serves 10
- 200g packet shortbread biscuits, crumbled
- 600g dark chocolate, chopped and melted
- 250g Turkish delight squares, cut in half
- 1 cup cream
- 200g pistachio nuts, shelled and chopped
- Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a 25cm diameter springform pan lined with greaseproof paper.
- Chill until set-about 3 hours.
- Slice thinly for serving. This also tastes great with a small cup of strong coffee and a glass of liqueur.
