Mexican Chicken Fajitas

Shortcut spices make this dish handy for busy evenings.
- 1 Schwartz Mexican Fajitas Flavour Shot
- 450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1tbsp tomato purée Flour tortilla wraps, sour cream, guacamole and tomato salsa, to serve
- Stir the contents of the Schwartz Mexican Fajitas Flavour Shot, then spoon it into a large frying pan with the chicken strips. Stir to coat, then set over a medium heat.
- Gently fry the chicken for 6-7 mins or until cooked through. Add the sliced red onion, green and red peppers and tomato purée, and continue to stir-fry for a further 4-5 mins, or until all the ingredients are cooked and golden.
- Serve at once, with the flour tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, and tomato salsa, and invite people to fill their own wraps.
