Mexican Chicken Fajitas



Mexican Chicken Fajitas 
TAKES 20 MINS SERVES 4 
Shortcut spices make this dish handy for busy evenings.



  • 1 Schwartz Mexican Fajitas Flavour Shot 
  • 450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips 
  • 1 red onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1tbsp tomato purĂ©e Flour tortilla wraps, sour cream, guacamole and tomato salsa, to serve




  1. Stir the contents of the Schwartz Mexican Fajitas Flavour Shot, then spoon it into a large frying pan with the chicken strips. Stir to coat, then set over a medium heat. 
  2. Gently fry the chicken for 6-7 mins or until cooked through. Add the sliced red onion, green and red peppers and tomato purée, and continue to stir-fry for a further 4-5 mins, or until all the ingredients are cooked and golden.
  3. Serve at once, with the flour tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, and tomato salsa, and invite people to fill their own wraps.
